As Support Specialist, you’ll gain client-facing experience immediately. Responsibilities will include Tier 1 support (phone, email, and web), demo delivery for potential clients, and development and management of content in in the Help Center.
This role is an essential component of customer loyalty and maintaining long-term engagement. You’ll be working to build a culture of world-class support. This role requires a mix of people skills and light technical skills; the ability to build rapport with customers coupled with the ability to troubleshoot/triage customer issues.
