We are looking client-focused Support Specialist dedicated to customer satisfaction and the mission of the Leaf Logix Customer Success Team. About the Role

As Support Specialist, you’ll gain client-facing experience immediately. Responsibilities will include Tier 1 support (phone, email, and web), demo delivery for potential clients, and development and management of content in in the Help Center.

This role is an essential component of customer loyalty and maintaining long-term engagement. You’ll be working to build a culture of world-class support. This role requires a mix of people skills and light technical skills; the ability to build rapport with customers coupled with the ability to troubleshoot/triage customer issues.

Successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Develop long-term relationships with assigned clients through provision of immediate support
  • Anticipate future client needs and extrapolate from client conversation potential new development needs
  • Exercise sound judgement on time allocate per customer problem
  • Learn the company’s software product quickly and deliver clear demos to potential new clients


  • Strong interest in technology and ability to quickly learn company’s product suite
  • Excellent client-facing communications – both written & verbal
  • Ability to think creatively about ways to solve customer problems and increase the level of satisfaction over time.
  • Direct experience working at a startup company or willingness embrace a startup attitude– willing to eat, sleep, and breathe our culture
  • Ability to manage time and tasks proactively, including electronic communications and calendars
  • Capacity to manage work goals and meet deadlines whether working on-site, home-office, or traveling
  • Aptitude with common business support programs such as Google Suite, CRM’s, web presentation software
  • Schedule flexibility to accommodate employees and customers across United States time zones
  • Willingness to travel within the USA intermittently


  • Degree in a technical, engineering or quantitative background.
  • Experience at a licensed cultivation, processing, or dispensary facility within the cannabis industry, preferably a vertically-integrated system where mastery of seed-to-sale processes can be demonstrated
  • Experience successfully managing small to medium employee teams
  • Experience with project management preferred, including project management software
