About the Role

As a senior engineer, you will gain tremendous responsibility immediately, working closely with the CTO and VP of Engineering to build new features and scale existing ones to deliver much needed value to clients. This is a multi-faceted engineering role with a lot of variety. You’ll be working on our data processing pipelines, analytics, user interfaces, APIs, and build pipelines.

Successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Communicate efficiently and persuasively with colleagues and clients
  • Make good decisions balanced around lean delivery and long-term scalability
  • Become familiar with and take ownership new and existing systems and take pride in writing maintainable code
  • Effectively break down problems into manageable pieces
  • Enjoy working with each layer of the technology stack from the UI down to the data

Qualifications

  • You have been a technical lead or senior engineer on a team that built something of which you are proud
  • You have 5+ years building applications
  • You are known for being a great communicator
  • You use C#, React (TypeScript) and SQL or are comfortable learning a new language

Customer Support Specialist

We are looking client-focused Support Specialist dedicated to customer satisfaction and the mission of the Leaf Logix Customer Success Team. We pride ourselves on our entrepreneurial approach to customer service. You will be joining a community of self-motivated, talented individuals who are dedicated to getting stuff done!

About the Role

As Support Specialist, you’ll gain client-facing experience immediately. Responsibilities will include Tier 1 support (phone, email, and web), demo delivery for potential clients, and development and management of content in in the Help Center.

This role is an essential component of customer loyalty and maintaining long-term engagement. You’ll be working to build a culture of world-class support. This role requires a mix of people skills and light technical skills; the ability to build rapport with customers coupled with the ability to troubleshoot/triage customer issues.

Successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Develop long-term relationships with assigned clients through provision of immediate support
  • Anticipate future client needs and extrapolate from client conversation potential new development needs
  • Exercise sound judgement on time allocate per customer problem
  • Learn the company’s software product quickly and deliver clear demos to potential new clients

Required

  • Strong interest in technology and ability to quickly learn company’s product suite
  • Excellent client-facing communications – both written & verbal
  • Ability to think creatively about ways to solve customer problems and increase the level of satisfaction over time.
  • Direct experience working at a startup company or willingness embrace a startup attitude– willing to eat, sleep, and breathe our culture
  • Ability to manage time and tasks proactively, including electronic communications and calendars
  • Capacity to manage work goals and meet deadlines whether working on-site, home-office, or traveling
  • Aptitude with common business support programs such as Google Suite, CRM’s, web presentation software
  • Schedule flexibility to accommodate employees and customers across United States time zones
  • Willingness to travel within the USA intermittently

Bonus

  • Degree in a technical, engineering or quantitative background.
  • Experience at a licensed cultivation, processing, or dispensary facility within the cannabis industry, preferably a vertically-integrated system where mastery of seed-to-sale processes can be demonstrated
  • Experience successfully managing small to medium employee teams
  • Experience with project management preferred, including project management software

Sales Associate

We are looking for savvy Sales Associate who is well-networked in the Cannabis industry to drive company sales. You will be joining a community of self-motivated, talented individuals who are dedicated to getting stuff done!

About the Role

As Sales Associate, you will operate your own book of business. We encourage our sales associates to develop their own approach to increasing new customer interest and contract wins.

Successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Close new cultivator, processor, distribution and dispensary locations
  • Collaborate with software support team to achieve customer service goals
  • Learn the company’s software to an intermediate level and be comfortable guiding prospective clients through the software’s functionality (i.e. giving demos)
  • Speak as a software expert during key sales calls and trade shows as needed
  • Visit customers for on-site support and/or implementation as appropriate

Required

  • 1-2 years of sales/account management
  • Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) products
